Parainema coffee grown at 1,600 metres in the Chichilora Mountains, picked by hand and roasted by the Flores family, then brought straight to the UK.

An 85-point Parainema, scored by Q Graders for IHCAFE. It opens with citrus and honey, then a bright citrus acidity. It tastes of molasses, honey and caramel with floral and lemon notes, and ends sweet and chocolatey.

Finca Doble Vía sits at 1,600 metres in La Campa, Lempira, in the Chichilora Mountains of western Honduras. Silvia Flores runs the farm, the fourth generation of her family to grow coffee here.
She farms without glyphosate, keeps about a third of the trees under native shade, and every cherry is picked by hand. The coffee is processed and roasted in Honduras, so more of the value stays in the community that grows it.
