Follow the journey from Finca Doble Vía, in the mountains of Honduras, to your cup in the UK.
The farm is in La Campa, in the department of Lempira in western Honduras, high in the Chichilora Mountains. At 1,600 metres the cherries ripen slowly, which gives the coffee its sweetness and bright acidity.

Silvia Flores runs Finca Doble Vía, the fourth generation of her family to farm this land. She grows without glyphosate, keeps about a third of the trees under native shade, and has every cherry picked by hand by an experienced local team.
Everything happens in Honduras: growing, processing and roasting. That keeps more of the value in the community that grows the coffee.
Grown, picked and roasted by the Flores family, then carried across the Atlantic to you.
Only the ripest red cherries are picked by hand at 1,600 m.
The harvest is gathered and sorted on the farm, so every lot can be traced.
Cherries are processed and the green beans dried in Honduras.
The beans are roasted in Honduras before export.
The coffee travels across the Atlantic to the United Kingdom, where we pack it into bags for you.
The QR code on your bag brings you back here, to where it started.
